This is one breakfast menu from a small HK style restaurant. It is cheap and fast like a tachigui-soba place in Tokyo, but has the variety of... well... I don't know many Japanese restaurants with variety. Hong Kong people's breakfast is a unique blend of traditional HK food and british influence. A common meal breakfast would be french toast, fried egg, chinese meat dish and milk tea. I prefer the more chinese items though.
